Comments: I was very pleased with my Custom 52 when it arrived; the sound was great and the shipping and packaging were exceptional. The most pleasant part of this transaction happened a couple of months later though. One of the tubes failed causing a capacitor to burst, Syd was right there for me with new parts in the mail immediately, a bit of work with a soldering iron and I was back in business. Service such as Syd provides is a rare thing these days, in short a great amp at a great price with exceptional customer service.

Comments: I have purchased the stereo 30-{WOW} This amp is without a doubt the best sounding amp I have ever hade the privilege of listing to. The stero 30 is capable of reproducing sound unlike any other solid state amp out there in my option. I have been running solid state amps to this point (NEVER AGAIN).The stereo 30 sound qualities is something to be enjoyed. The sound of the stereo 30 is VERY CRISP, VERY CLEAR, and VERY IMPRESIVE.

Thank you'Ideal Innovations I Look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Comments: I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with the 'Custom Fifty-Five' amplifier I purchased from you. Your attention to detail is nothing short of astounding. I wouldn't have thought that I could ever get something so well assembled, no matter how much I paid. The personalized instruction manual was also a very nice touch. The inside of the amp--wire routing, circuit board, component layout, etc.--evinces a lot of careful thought and effort, and is beautiful to look at besides. I should also comment on the outside appearance. While it's true that it doesn't look 'rich' or glitzy, I think it looks stunning nonetheless. Anybody can bolt a 10mm brushed aluminum plate onto a chromed or lacquered box and end up with something that looks fancy, but you've designed something very unique and appealing. Finally, it sounds wonderful to me, though unfortunately I don't have enough experience listening to different tube amps to really be able to say much more than this. If I ever get a pair of those Quad electrostatics that I've always wanted, I'll definitely be talking to you about getting something a bit more powerful, maybe with KT88s.
